More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Downstairs, you have the living room and kitchen.
The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed, Smart-TV, dining table and chairs and a coffee table. The Wi-Fi router is located in the front room.
There is an archway that leads you into the kitchen. There is a breakfast bar to sit at if you don't want to use the dining table. The kitchen contains a washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the dining ware and cooking equipment that you would need to prepare a meal.
There is a back door that leads to a gate, which will take you into the spacious back garden which has a table and chairs set for relaxing in the summer sun.
Upstairs there is a family bathroom and two bedrooms.
The master bedroom is stunning, with a double bed, built in wardrobes/storage and is tastefully decorated.
The second bedroom has two single beds are Zip and Link so we can make them into a double for you if required. There is a small desk and storage for your belongings.
The bathroom has a bath, toilet, sink and over bath shower. It is a lovely shade of blue tiling.
You will have access to the whole property during your stay.
We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.
The property is set in a quiet residential area of Walton-le-dale.
Nearby there is are shops located nearby, pubs, restaurants, small convenience stores, takeaways etc. are all within Walton-le-dale.
There are lots of lovely semi-rural walks in the area and Cuerden Valley is nearby.
The property is located near several local bus routes and we encourage you to have a look at the local bus timetables.
There a several motorway and A road junctions nearby so it is very well connected to North West.
Everything in Walton-le-dale is within a 30 minute or so walk.
