More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

A very large property that contains 5 bedrooms and can sleep 7 people, there is a family bathroom, an en-suite bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.
The property benefits from Wi-Fi, private parking and on-street parking, dining table and chairs and a back yard.
A large property that is spread over three floors.
The first floor has a bedroom with a single bed in it and an open plan living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully stocked with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, utensils, cooking equipment, cutlery, dining ware, microwave, toaster and kettle.
There is a downstairs toilet with a sink and washer/dryer combination.
The second floor has a family bathroom with a bath, shower, sink and toilet. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, two of the bedrooms have 1 single bed each, the other room has two single beds that can be pushed together if you want.
The third floor has the main bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom.
There is a flagged back yard, private parking to the side of the property and free on-street parking to the front of the property.
You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay.
We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.
The property is a the quiet residential area of Ashton in Preston. Ashton is half way between Preston City Centre and the Royal Preston Hospital.
At the end of the street is a bowling alley, if you fancy a of ten pin bowling or using their arcades.
There are many pubs, takeaways, restaurants, small convenience stores all within walking distance or near by to the property.
You will need to travel further a field if you need a supermarket, the closest one is Morrisons at the docks.
The property is between 20-30 minutes walk into the town centre.
The motorway junctions are a short distance from the house, which connect you to the whole of the UK.
Preston has excellent bus connections throughout the city and nationally.
You are not far from Preston Train Station which is a mainline train station which means you can be in Scotland and London in just over two hours if needed.
There are many taxi companies in the city and we provide numbers in the electronic guestbook.
