This house is truly spectacular, the décor and furniture are exceptional. It's a cliché but this will truly be your home away from home during your stay. It is a three bedroomed house, with dining room, kitchen, conservatory, bathroom, back yard, FREE Wi-Fi and private driveway parking. It's fully equipped with everything you'll need during your stay. The house has been professionally furnished by a property stager, the colours and feel of the property are absolutely stunning. We want to live there, it's better than our own house!

There is a spacious front room with plenty of seating, a Smart-TV and games for you to play. The furnishings and furniture are of a high quality.

There is a dining room to seat six people and it can also duplicate as a desk if needed, however, in the conservatory there is a fold away desk for you to use your laptop on.

The kitchen is has everything that you'll need to prepare meals during your stay, microwave, cooker, oven, sink, utensils, plates and cutlery - it's all here. There is a large fridge and freezer as well.

The main bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed, plenty of storage and the colours are amazing.

The second bedroom has two single beds, plenty of storage and again the décor is awesome!

The third smaller bedroom has one single bed and a storage closet.

The bathroom is amazing! The shower is huge, a toilet and sink.

There is back yard with patio furniture in the summer so you can relax in the sun.

Safety features include fire doors, self closing doors, carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, thumb turn locks and more.

You will have access to the whole house during your stay.

We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.

We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box.

The house is on a residential street in Leyland, so you're surrounded by other residents that are friendly, please, be kind and considerate to them. Typical houses in the area are nice, they have gardens and driveways. You're within walking distance of several local shops, which have all the essentials you might need during your stay and there is also a gastro-pub within walking distance. You're roughly 7 mins from the town centre in a car or 30 minutes walking, in the town centre you'll find a lot more shops, places to eat and drink.

Leyland is well connected for cars, the town centre is 7 minutes away. There are plenty of motorway links to the M6 and there are lots of A roads which lead to Preston, Blackpool, Chorley and other places.

There are lots of bus stops within Leyland, taxi companies and a train station roughly 7 mins away from the house in a car.
