More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

A HUGE property spread over three floors that has 5 bedrooms, 2 en-suites, family bathroom, downstairs toilet, utility room and an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen.
There is free high-speed Wi-Fi with Wi-Fi boosters on each floor of the property to ensure you get the best signal. There is a desk on the top floor of the property.
Working at Royal Preston Hospital, then you're very close by! The property suits large families, NHS workers and large groups of contractors.
Downstairs there an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a Smart-TV, dining table and chairs, a kitchen that has oven, stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dining sets and cutlery.
There is a utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and other things you'll need for your stay.
There is a downstairs toilet containing a toilet and sink.
There is an entertainment room with another Smart-TV and sofa.
The second floor has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, another has three single beds and an en-suite bathroom and the other has one single bed. There is plenty of storage for your belongings and there is a family bathroom that has a bath, shower, toilet and sink.
The third floor has two bedrooms with double beds and one has an en-suite bathroom.
There is a driveway to park on or you can park on the street.
The property has a paved back garden.
You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay.
We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.
The property is set in the nice area of Fulwood, Preston and is on a quiet residential street. The area is nice to walk around and has lots of tree-lined avenues and beautiful buildings.
There is a small Co-op mini supermarket within walking distance. There are also pubs, restaurants, takeaways and more within a short distance of the property.
Royal Preston Hospital (RPH) is very close and you can walk to it, but we'd recommend the short bus journey.
The Fulwood mosque is just behind the property.
Fancy watching Preston North End? Their football ground is very close.
The property is close to the M55 and the M6 motorway junctions.
There are bus stops very close to the property which provide you with easy access to all the amenities that Preston has to offer.
Preston train station is a short bus trip or taxi ride and is a mainline train station that connects you to the rest of England and Scotland.
