More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.

There is a open playing field and children's play area within easy walking distance.
There are nice walks in the area that lead you out onto the estuary and plane spotters love the area as British Aerospace runway is close starts in Freckleton.
Freckleton is not far from the M55 motorway which leads to the M6 motorway.
Freckleton is well connected via the bus network that leads to Preston, Lytham and Blackpool.
The nearest train station is in Kirkham. However, there are other stations in Blackpool and Preston.
The village has lots shops, pubs, restaurants, parks and more all within easy walking distance.
