More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

A spacious two bedroom property which can sleep up to six people including the sofa bed. The apartment has recently been refurbished to the highest standard and tastefully decorated throughout.
The property is in the perfect location for the whole of Merseyside including Liverpool, and also benefits from free high speed Wi-Fi and ample parking.
When entering the property, you step into a hallway with a modern control panel that operates electronics and gadgets throughout the apartment.
The first room on your right is the master bedroom, which contains a king-size bed, storage space and a desk. Modern décor and furnishings complete the room and it also has a small en-suite, which contains a toilet and sink.
There is a large main bathroom containing a lovely walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and an impressive mirror framed by coloured LED lights. The bathroom also has coloured LEDs built into the ceiling.
The second bedroom is at the end of the property and features two single beds, these can be pushed together if you wish. There is also ample storage space for your belongings. Modern décor and furnishings complete the room.
The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen is stunning! There are dining chairs and a table for you to eat at. There is a fully stocked kitchen including cutlery and cookware, so that you're able to prepare meals. The kitchen also contains a microwave, hob and oven, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, side tables and a Smart-TV.

You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay.
We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.
The property is set on a main street in Wallasey, meaning there are lots of shops, public houses and places to eat all within easy walking distance. Although you're on a main road, you will not hear the noise from within the property.
It is a residential area and you'll see lots of families around. There are parks, promenades, beaches and the River Mersey not too far away! If you fancy a trip into Liverpool, it's roughly 15 minutes in a taxi.
If you're into your architecture, there are lots of different buildings from various periods of Wallasey's history.
The property benefits from public transport via Mersey Travel who operate buses, trams, trains and ferries.
If you wish to get around via taxi or car, you are very close to the Kingsway Tunnel (Wallasey Tunnel) which is well connected to the motorway networks.
There is lots to do in Wallasey, but we would recommend taking public transport as walking to somewhere like the New Brighton Lighthouse is a 50 minute walk.
