29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

A lovely one-bedroom property, with a sofa bed that can sleep 4 people, with free parking and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and contains quality furnishings and fixtures.
You enter the property from a private entrance, which leads you into a small lobby, with stairs leading up to the apartment.
There is an open plan lounge, which contains a comfortable sofa bed, dedicated desk, dining table and Smart TV. You're able to sign into the Smart TV with your streaming accounts. There is an electric fire, to provide a snug feeling in the winter if you prefer it to the radiators.
There is a spacious galley kitchen, which is fully equipped with dining ware, cutlery and cookware you'd need to create a scrumptious meal. Oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster are there for you to use.
The master bedroom has a comfy double bed, wardrobe for your belonging and a small vanity unit. We absolutely love the wall paper in the bedroom.
The bathroom has a shower above the bath and modern bold design looks stunning. The bathroom also contains the boiler, washing machine and dryer.
You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay.
We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.
Buxton Road is a main A road in stockport, which has lots of shops, pubs, takeaways and other local businesses. You're not far from Supermarkets to do your shopping. You'll find the people of Stockport are friendly and welcoming. The property is above a barbers shop if you need a quick hair cut!
There are parks and playing local to the property and you're not far from the Peak District if you enjoy hiking.
Stockport is well connected as it is on the orbital M60 for Manchester, has a train station, regular buses and is not far from Manchester Airport. There are future plans for Stockport to be connected to the Manchester Tram system. There are taxis/Uber in the area and because the apartment is on the A6, there are lots of things within walking distance.
